Community Led Monitoring(CLM) Project

Community-Led Monitoring (CLM) PROJECT

At IMRO Rwanda, we are committed to enhancing the quality, accessibility, and equity of healthcare services for key populations through Community-Led Monitoring (CLM). CLM is an innovative, people-centered approach that empowers communities to play an active role in monitoring and improving health services, ensuring that they meet the needs of vulnerable and marginalized groups.

Our Approach

IMRO Rwanda employs CLM to:

  • Empower communities: Equip key populations with the tools and skills to monitor healthcare services and provide constructive feedback.
  • Enhance accountability: Partner with healthcare providers, government agencies, and community leaders to foster transparency and address gaps in service delivery.
  • Drive data-informed advocacy: Use evidence gathered from the ground to advocate for policies and practices that improve healthcare access and quality for key populations, including Female Sex Workers (FSWs), Men who have Sex with Men (MSMs), People Who Use Drugs (PWUD), and other vulnerable groups.

Join Us

At IMRO Rwanda, we believe that a healthier Rwanda begins with inclusive and responsive healthcare systems. We invite community members, development organizations, and policymakers to partner with us in advancing CLM initiatives to create long-term, sustainable health outcomes.
